I did the general 3-week cleans from Standard Process. It really did help with a lot of stuff. This plan includes pills that help you detox and then tonify/support you in phase two after the initial detoxing. It also has a dairy=free protein shake that you do beyond all the good food you're eating. Do it! And let us know how it goes

This was such a timely post! I've been desperate to do some sort of cleanse, just to see if it would help clear up my skin, cure my dandruff, help me feel less tired, etc. etc. etc. Did you follow a specific plan or use a specific resource? I've been trying to give up dairy for months and, every day, I fail at some point. Ugh.

I just got a slowcooker for Christmas and I'm pretty bowled over. Even my cooking-challenged domestic partner seems capable of making it work. But we even don't have kids and cooking still seems like a sometimes insurmountable challenge. I want every meal to be romantic and effortless and sophisticated. Instead everything I make ends up being brown, overly spiced and totally and tragically inelegant. I wish I could take a cooking comp class.

Anyway, my D.P. will love this lasagna recipe. Thanks for sharing, and when you find the (new!) solution to cooking for two, let me know :)
